What is the goal of this online community?

An online community for engineers to connect, collaborate, inspire, and learn from each other. It's a place where you can lean on each other to share our wins, losses, and everything in between – those awesome moments when a project goes perfectly, or those times when things don't quite go as planned.  

This community is made up of engineers from various industries, coming together to support each other, whether it's about job referrals, company politics, or tips on switching industries. We're here for you, creating a space where engineers can find camaraderie and valuable insights to navigate the complexities of our field. Imagine having a network of engineers who you know more than just the first name basis. 

Why is this a paid community?

I want to create an engaging online community where members help one another. I have experienced starting a free community in the past, but members were not engaging with each other. By making it a paid community, it influences people to have "skin in the game," which will encourage participation and help members get value out of the community.

Who is the ideal member? 

Someone who is not afraid to have candid conversations.

Someone who has the curiousity to learn about various other industries. 

Someone who has a big heart of service to help others excel in their career.
